Why is it useful to view customer data?
Viewing customer data gives you access to:
- Contact information: Name, email address, and phone number.
- History: Overview of placed orders.
- Account management: Options to edit data or add notes.
It’s helpful for assisting your customers better and keeping your administration up-to-date!
- Go to "Orders" or "Quotes" via your CMS (Back-end).
- Click on "Customer overview" in the left menu.
- Use the filters to quickly find a specific customer (e.g., by name or email address).
- Click on "View" for the desired customer.
