What is an Error 429?

An "Error 429: Too Many Requests" means that you have sent too many requests in a short period of time. The server interprets this as an overload and is essentially saying, "Slow down." This often happens if you click a button multiple times in quick succession, or if you use a script that requests a lot of data from a website.
